Could you work with Forensic Therapies?

The work of Forensic Therapies Ltd is challenging, complex and very demanding. The context of offending behaviour, working within a prison setting and within the criminal justice system is not an attractive option for many people. It is also important to note that not everyone is suited to do this work. In recognition of this the application process and selection criteria are rigorous. Working in a forensic setting requires all involved to be responsible for the management of risk, dangerousness and protection of the public. The organisation plays an important role in this process and we therefore need to be confident in our ability to recruit and support the right kind of practitioners to carry out this responsible task.
